CloudMoss builds small Android apps that live entirely on the phone they were installed on: no account, no connection, no adverts, nothing to buy. The first is Kaydırmaca, a sliding-tile puzzle in Turkish.

An old puzzle does not need a new economy bolted onto it
The sliding puzzle is a hundred and fifty years old and has survived every fashion since, which makes it a strange thing to ruin with a shop. Yet most versions on the store now sell hints, sell undos, sell a timer pause, and put an advert between you and the board you were halfway through.
Kaydırmaca has none of that, because there is nothing in it to sell and no connection to sell it over. What is left is the puzzle exactly as it was: a scrambled board, one empty square, and however long you want to take.
Built for one language properly rather than ten badly — the whole app is in Turkish, and every word in it was written rather than machine-translated.

The board scrambles, one square sits empty, and every tile you slide into that gap brings the picture closer to order. Boards run from a quick 3×3 up to a demanding 5×5. Solve the classic way with numbers, or switch to the pattern variant and reassemble a design generated inside the app — no photographs, just clean shapes and colour.
Three modes shape the challenge: hunt for the fewest possible slides, race the clock, or drift through a relaxed zen run with nothing on the line. A move counter tracks every slide against a target, and best results are kept separately for each size and mode, so there is always a personal record sitting there.

Half of all scrambles are impossible
Shuffle fifteen tiles at random and there is a fifty-fifty chance no sequence of slides can ever solve the board. That is why a sliding puzzle must be scrambled by sliding, not by shuffling — and you can watch the arithmetic decide it below.

A random shuffle ignores the rules of the board. Scrambling by sliding cannot produce an impossible position, because every slide can be undone.
Nothing here is playable: the tiles do not move, there is no timer, no target and no record. Kaydırmaca is the part this leaves out — five board sizes, the pattern variant, three modes and a best result kept for each of them.
