Who is responsible

Kaydırmaca is made and published by Barış Kurt Otomotiv Gayrimenkul İnşaat Hayvancılık Galeri Gıda Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye, which releases its apps under the name CloudMoss Digital. Where data protection law refers to a data controller, that company is it — although in practice there is nothing to control, because the app gathers nothing.

What is saved on the device

So that a half-finished board is still there when you come back, and so the records screen has something to show, Kaydırmaca writes a small file into its own private storage on your phone:

• The board you left in progress, with the position of every tile.
• Your best result for each board size and each mode — fewest moves, best time, and boards completed.
• Your current move count against the target for the board in play.
• Settings such as board size, number or pattern tiles, sound and haptics.

None of this identifies you. No name, email address, phone number, contact list, photo, location, advertising identifier or device identifier is involved at any point. The file never leaves the phone, and we never see it.

The pattern variant uses no photographs

The pattern boards are generated inside the app from shapes and colour. The app never opens your gallery, never asks for a photo and has no camera or storage permission, so nothing of yours can end up on a puzzle tile. That is a deliberate design choice as much as a privacy one: no picker, no permission prompt, nothing to go wrong.

What is deliberately absent

No advertising library, so no advert appears between boards and no advertising profile is built from how you play. No analytics library and no crash reporter, so no usage events, session logs or crash traces are gathered or transmitted — we do not know your best times or how often you open the app. No billing library, so there is no hint to buy, no undo pack and no payment data. No account system and no leaderboard, so your records sit on your own phone and nobody else, us included, can see them.

Kaydırmaca also requests no Android runtime permissions at all: not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.

Network use

None. Every board size, mode and pattern generator is compiled into the download, so the app opens no connection to our servers or to anyone else's and behaves identically in aeroplane mode. Because nothing is sent, nothing can be intercepted; because nothing is received, no behaviour can be switched on remotely after you install it.

The one company involved anyway

Google, because Kaydırmaca is distributed through Google Play. When you install or update the app, Google processes that under its own privacy policy and its own agreement with you. What reaches us is the aggregated, anonymous figures shown in the developer console — install counts, ratings, country totals — which cannot be traced back to an individual player.

If a future version of Kaydırmaca ever includes anything that touches the network, this page will be rewritten before that version is published, and the change will be described plainly rather than added quietly.

Younger players

Kaydırmaca is a tile puzzle suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either, and there is nothing in it — no adverts, no chat, no sharing, no outbound links, nothing to buy — through which a child could send information anywhere or spend money.

If you are a parent or guardian and something appears to behave differently from what is described here, please write to us and we will look into it straight away.

Your rights, and clearing your records

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and under the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply to you, you may learn whether your personal data is processed, obtain a copy, have it corrected or erased, and complain to a supervisory authority. Those rights need data to act on, and we hold none, so there is nothing for us to send, correct or delete on your behalf. If you would like that confirmed in writing for your own records, ask and we will send it.

Your progress is yours alone to remove. Reset the records inside the app, clear the app's data in Android settings, or uninstall Kaydırmaca — the file goes with it. None of that needs our involvement, and no copy is left behind, because no copy was ever made.

Complaints may be addressed to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) or to the supervisory authority where you live, though we would rather you wrote to us first so we can explain or fix whatever prompted it.

Changes, and how to reach us

This page is updated only when the app changes in a way that affects privacy, and the date at the top changes with it. Builds you have already installed keep behaving exactly as they do today.
